I represent a US startup company that is manufacturing an wearable rechargeable device for the treatment of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
Our unit requires an overnight plug in style smart charger to charge it's internal batteries. Our present design uses two (2) 1.2v Varta V 150 H Batteries- (Battery specs and handbook available in pdf format).
The batteries we're using are 150mAh therefore
* any "fast" charger must have 150mA MAX
* any "slow" charger must have 15mA MAX
* any "trickle" charger must have 5mA MAX
We need a "current sensing" or "charge sensing" smart charger to be safe. We know that any battery can be trickle charged, how it knows when to turn off essential for safe charging of NiMH batteries.

Tell us if you can manufacture this charger for us so that it will be safe and perform to optimally? We would like it to be modeled for standard US 120V / 60Hz input with a 1.3mm/3.55mm female output jack .
What would the pricing scale and structure be like for lots of 100, 1000 and 10, 000. The charger needs to be UL and CE approved. Upon receiving a suitable sample, our first order will be for a lot of 100. Later orders will depend upon demand, but anticipated as being greater.
