Bluetooth Stickers for App

We require the development of Bluetooth Stickers, that will be used as tracking devices with the use of our new Mobile App.
The Stickers can be stuck on any belongings such as keys, credit cards, etc, and then can be monitored via the App on iOS and Android. We are Mobile Application Developers so we have that part covered.
What we require from you is the development of the Bluetooth stickers.
We have been planning this project for some time now, and have just realised that a competitor has beaten us to it!
We still wish to go ahead with the project and require urgent action, and would like to release this product on the marketing asap, so if you are able to develop the stickers and respond quickly, then we would be interested in working with you as our developer and supplier of this product
The following specs are our competitors, so we need the stickers to comply with the following at least, if not better:

Technology: Bluetooth 4.0 (Bluetooth Low Energy)
Range: Approximate 100 Feet with line of sight.
Battery: Lasts up-to 1 year based on 30 minutes per day average use.
Battery Type: CR2016 watch battery. Battery is replaceable
Size and weight of each Sticker:
Diameter: 0.98 Inches diameter x Thickness 0.16 Inches (24mm Diameter x 4mm)
Weight: 0.15 ounces (4.5 grams)
