Introduction

ASIA MASTER LIMITED (AML) is one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of ceramic product in the Asian region. The Company was first established in Hong Kong and China in 1990 as a worldwide provider of clay for the ceramic industry. However, AML has soon started to manufacture and export its own ceramic products, concentrating on hand-painted Tableware, Kitchenware and Gifts made of its own special earthenware clay "StoneLite" which is stronger than dolomite.
Through its acquisitions and expansions of its mother company, Asia Master Group (AMG), AML is continuously widening its range of products and is also capable of supplying high quality garden and general household items made of stoneware, porcelain, metal wire and wood as well as all types of candles and accessories.
Moreover, throught this strategic move, AML can directly control the whole manufacturing process involving its own clay production and carton processing plants as well as its own physical/chemcial laboratories. Achieving its ISO9001 certification in 1997, AML now employs approx. 40 professionals in Hong Kong and more than 1,560 staff at its manufacturing plant in Panyu, Guandong Province, which can easily be accessed by car or high speed ferry within about 1 hour 15 minutes.
The factory currently encompasses over 50,000 sq. meters or 538,000 sq. ft. but construction to increase the manufacturing area by another approx. 6,000 sq. meters or 64,560 sq ft. space is in progress.
Furthermore, AML maintains design studios in the US, Hong Kong and China. This vertical structure supported by AML's ISO9001 environment and procedures can guarantee a consistent high standard of quality, efficient order processing and timely deliveries.

AML's own talented design teams in Hong Kong, China and the US constantly develop new shapes and patterns for our clients to select. These teams also help our clients to develop new ideas, modify existing designs or translate given artworks on to the products with the help of the latest design and 3D-graphics software systems.
We very much welcome our customers to submit their own designs. AML guarantees absolute confidentiality and design protection.
Laboratory Testing

All our products comply with FDA (soluble heavy metals) and California Prop. 65 standards and regulations. AML's own laboratories are capable of conducting a wide range of chemical and physical tests, such as
- Clay compound/moisture tests
- Paint pigment/color tests
- various types of strength characteristic tests
- Thermoshock expansion tests
- Microwave/Dishwasher tests
- Atomic Absorbtion Spectrometer tests
Upon request we will conduct all required tests with a laboratory of your choice.

Production of all ceramics is closely monitored throughout the production process. AML performs seven quality control checks during production, including a 100% final QC inspection.
All substandard/defect units detected in production or during QC checks are discarded and completely destroyed without exception.
