In 2001,Guangyuan Batteries expanded her busines into sealed rechargeable batteries by purchasing a Korean-invest factory-Panyu Palma Battery Ltd.

In 2002,Guangyuan Batteries started to build her new factory for automotive and motorcycle batteries, to meet consecutive increasing market demands, which will reach 1,500,000 batteries'production capacity per year after operation in 2003.
