A brief of Faithful Group:

Founded by Mr. Eric Chiu in 1980 in Hong Kong, Faithful was just a small trading company with a small factory that have about 20 staff. Throughout the years of development, Faithful has expanded from a single company to a "Group of Companies" concept by setting up several different companies that focus in the areas of trading, manufacturing, and materials sourcing.

Faithful is mainly engaged in the OEM production of "Knock-Down" type (K-D) furniture, sofas, and mattresses geared towards office and domestics type products. Faithful selects only the best of its kind of raw materials to exceed the high standard demand for the worldwide customers. The purchasing team is containing of a group of experienced sourcing professionals to work with the research & development team to select the most suitable raw materials globally for the production.

With a group of highly trained & skillful workers, engineers & technicians, and a professional management team, Faithful was awarded ISO 9001:2000 standard since the year of 2003. In addition, Faithful was received several awards from the Shenzhen City and Guangdong provincial governments for its fine products quality as well as its high volume of export business turnover. Faithful is a reputable manufacturer in the industry with advance production equipment; strong technical force and a wide selection of products for customers to choose from as well as supplying bespoke designs.

Quick answers to your questions:

What are the assembly requirements?
    All items come with full assembly instructions. Most require only a screwdriver and a hammer. Most case goods are assembled using dowels, glue, corner brackets and screws. Assembly times vary based on the size and complexity of the item, but can be completed by anyone capable of following detailed, well illustrated instructions.

What materials are used in your products?
    Mostly MDF in our case goods. We have an innovative hollow-core technology that we use in many panels which makes for lighter finished products. Our lighter weight product is appreciated by both dealers and customers alike and also squeezes the most out of your shipping dollars. Our finishes are mostly vinyl but we also offer a wide variety of paper, film and high-tech paint. For drawer glides we use metal and nylon enroglides.

Can you make custom designs according to my specifications?
    Yes, we have a large engineering and design staff that works closely with our customers to design and manufacture almost anything you can imagine. We offer OEM production on our entire line and custom logos can be incorporated on any of our products.

What do I do if items I receive are damaged, missing or incorrect?
    We take every precaution to properly prepare your furniture for transit but if on that rare occasion where something arrives damaged or missing parts we will do everything possible to correct the problem as quickly as possible. Please contact us immediately regarding any problems with our product. We are not just looking for quick sales but for long term business relationships.

How long does it take to receive the items I have ordered?
    Deliveries to North America generally take 6-8 weeks from the time we receive the L/C (Letter of Credit).

What payment options do you offer?
    By L/C only at this time.

Do you have retail stores?
    We don't have retail stores but we do have a showroom at our factory in Shenzhen, China to display our furniture.

Can you send me a catalog?
    Yes, Catalogs can be obtained either through us or through our US. representatives.
