"Talented Dragon Development Limited" was established in 1988 and principally engaged in the manufacture of all varies type of bags, cosmetic pouches, promotion items, jewelery and gift boxes etc. We exported mainly to the European and Asia markets for Perfume Companies. Our final buyers list includes, but not limited to, the following world-famous such as Lancome, Clarins, Shiseido, Guerlain, Avon, Jean Paul Gaultier, Azzaro, Morgan and Lancaster. Due to long and good relationship with France clients, we were introduced to start doing children and BB garments business since 1999, we now are manufacturing ladies garments mainly for France, Australia, Poland. Our factories: one was located in Shantou, China for bags & boxes lines, while another in Shenzhen, China for garment line. We have experienced management and QC team, vertically integrated sourcing materials and manufacturing operation.
