We believe a label represents the brand owner's hard earned reputation and we are here to protect that reputation by providing non-scratchy soft woven edges shuttle loom labels to our customers so that the ultimate owners of the garments would not need to cut the label off the minute they brought them home.

The major difference between our shuttle loom labels and other types of labels is that shuttle loom labels have two woven edges—more commonly known as "selvedge" in the denim industry—instead of cut-and-heat-sealed edges that are either scratchy since day one or become scratchy over time.

When a customer wears a piece of garment that bears a scratchy label, not only would the customer feel irritated with the brand, they would also try to remove the label from the garment, which would more likely than not result in a damaged item, and the brand would forever be remembered as "the brand with the low-quality scratchy labels" in the customer's mind. That's why it means so much to us that we keep producing high quality, soft-edged shuttle loom woven labels for brands and designers all over the world, because we have all experienced this irritation ourselves.

From our beginning half a century ago as Station Industries, to the present day as Penny Label, we have been leading the way in the development of high quality shuttle loom woven labels, as well as providing efficient and reliable service to our valued customers.

We also take pride in manufacturing our own shuttles and shuttle looms at our own machine factory where we conduct our own R&D.

We are a Hong Kong-based company headquartered in Hong Kong while our own 220,000-square-foot factory is located in Dongguan city in the Guangdong province, China.
