Kai Fat, established since 1985, is a manufacturer specializing in wide range of quality brushes . Lung Cheong Machinery Factory is our main production facility which is located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. Our existing factory plant size is 500,000 sq. ft. and with a total workforce of 1300 employees.
Organization comprises such departments as production, engineering, tooling, printing, spraying, implantation, flocking, injection, assembling, packing, warehouse ,QC inspection , R & D , purchasing , marketing and shipping team.

Well equipped with numerous modern machines and fully supported by qualified specialists, experienced technicians and well-trained workers, our daily production capacity is approximately 200,000. i.e. 6.0 million brush per month.

Great capacity guarantees timely delivery, while an accredited quality management system assures the best quality of products and services. In 1998, Kai Fat is the first company of brush and comb products to get ISO 9002
Certification and in Sept. 2001 our ISO system has been upgraded to the 2000 version. This shows our dedication to manufacture and supply hair brush products of top quality.

Head office, showroom and warehouse are situated in Tsuen Wan, New Territories which provides excellent sales services and shipping support for local trading firms and overseas buyers.
Our estimated production capacity is 6,000,000 pieces of brush per month, and our annual turnover is US$30,000,000 approximately.
