Our in-house designed Digi-pad packing line is fully automated to ensure high precision, superb quality and low wastage. Some of the unique features are outlined below:

1. printed materials. We guarantee 0% drop off of tray under normal handling.

2. Our specifications are designed to fit different markets' weather conditions.
Bonding between the tray and the coating surface of printed materials can withstanding extreme temperature ranging from -12 C to 50 C without tray drop off.

3. Electronically controlled gluing and positioning ensure accurate positioning and high consistency.

4. Daily output up to 50,000 pieces.
