UDC is a holding company of two public corporations in Shenzhen, the UDC Holding(000036), which owns the Jiansu Kangbo Corporation(Group), the largest down filled clothing manufacturer in China with the famous brand name of "Bossden", and the Shenzhen Victor Onward(000018), which owns the Ninghai UDC Textile Corporation and Yuyao UDC Textile Corporation, the largest colored yarn production base in China. In real estate industry, Hualian Garden Residence Area, invested and developed by UDC, has been named as "Shenzhen's Safe and Civilized Residence Area" by the relevant authority. The Hualian Building (also known as Shenzhen's Big Ben), has become one of the landmarks of Shenzhen, it houses in its 32, 000 Sq. meter floorage offices, conference rooms, banking securities, civil airline box office, trainingcenter, hotel, entertainment, gym, bars, etc. is admitted by the Ministry of Science and Technology as the software development and production base in the national "Torch Project". It is a hi-tech enterprise integrating the activities of R&D, manufacturing and service with products meeting the current international standard. UDC has invested to establish a number of the high-tech enterprises, with the China General Corporation of Textile Science and Technology Development and Honghua Computer Technology Corporation being two of them.

China Textile Science and Technology Developing General Corporation was founded in January 1993 and is registered with the State Bureau for Industry and Commerce Administration as a national hi-tech Enterprise. Its operation involves textile hi-tech R&D, manufacturing and marketing of output of hi-tech, contracting textile technology engineering project.

The Hangzhou Honghua Computer Technology Corporation, founded in 1992, its main products include textile products, CAD/CAM/CIM garment series, GGS ALOHA computer printing, AT-DESIGN garment, shade-dividing design system, shell fabric design system. It also acts as the general agent for INVESTRONICA garment, CAD/CAM/CIM series, and the Swiss Screenmaster in integrated network and proof.

In fifteen years, UDC has experienced significant growth with all its staff's contribution to its resource and strength. UDC's businesses range has extended from textile industry investment to domestic and international trade, real estate development, property management, services
industry and other non-textile industrial area.

Union Textiles of China (UDCTEX)Ltd, (UDCTEX), affiliated to UTC, specialize in manufacturing & exporting of chemical or synthetic and natural and blend fabrics, such as polyester and nylon, cotton, T/C, T/R, N/C, N/R, C/N etc.
It has the processing capability for all sorts of natural and synthetic fabric, from weaving, dyeing, printing to a full set of finishing technique.

UDCTEX comprises several well-equipped and well-managed factories as export bases.
One of them is the largest lining weaving manufacturer with more than thousands most advanced Japan looms.

UDCTEX, uses the latest technology for fabric knitting, dyeing and printing. It has the processing capability for all sorts of Natural, Chemical, synthetic fabric, from weaving, knitting, dyeing, printing to a full set of finishing technique.
All of our equipments advanced that made in Japan, Italy, Germany, China, the production process and management is strictly supervised.
Our well-trained workforce is a major factor in our technical expertise. We can make fabric of excellent drapability, comfortable feeling, bright colour, unique patterns and intense 3-dimention sense and can process the fabric of synthetic fibre with special finishes such as
water permeability, air permeability,antifouling, antistatic and antipilling so that the fabric's property become similar to natural fabric, such as wool, linen and silk.
