Design & Tooling Department

Precisions of Molds are the prerequisite of quality products and invaluable assets to our customer and company. Process starting from designing stage, to wire-cut and assembly process will be made in-house with our professional engineers and technicians who have substantial experience in metal stamping industry. Additionally, all mold materials and designs will be strictly based on characteristics and requirement of customers' products.

By having a direct control of our tooling department and providing constant service of molds at our warehouse department, we are committed to make precise molds with long lasting life-time in order to ensure high quality products.

Metal Stamping Department & Assembly Department

We have more than 30 sets of different power press machine and hydraulic press starting from 6.5 tons to 200 tons in order to cope with our production demand. Together with many other auxiliary facilities, production arts range from conventional power press, progressive stamping, deep drawing, welding , polishing and assembly. Additionally, we have extensive experience to handle surface treatment through our business partners which is specialized in each individual field, such as Nickel/ Gold/ Tin/ Silver/ Chromate/ Zinc plating, Anodizing, Powder coating, Spraying coating, and Silk screening. Together with our strict control of incoming material procedure, we are capable of providing quality metal parts in a final product.
