We named Shenzhen Light IMP. & EXP.CORP originally and have been in abrasive line for almost 20 years. Our product line includes brown-, black-, white- and pink alumina oxide, black and green silicon carbide, abrasive stone, abrasive wheels, sand paper, blasting machine agrostone, refractive and blasting glass beads.
We take strong superiority in brown & white fused alumina, especially in brown fused. The brown fused alumina is made from high-quality bauxite. Fused in a pouring electric arc furnace at a high temperature above 2000°C. Crushed and dressed with an aero-fall mill and followed by magnetic-separating and screening, the crystallized ingot becomes grains of dense structure, great hardness, good self-sharpening and excellent grinding properties. Our factory is located in Guangxi, named Pingguo Harmony Abrasives Co., Ltd which manufacturing brown fused alumina, with actual annual production 12000MT and production ability with 25000MT. It produces 16# -- 320# according to GB-2478 (be equal to ISO standard), suitable for abrasive wheels, blasting, polishing, grinding, lapping and used as refractory materials. We also have a warehouse in Shenzhen with different grit in stock. Generally we can deliver very soon based on customer's request, our factory will supply different grit from Guangxi to our warehouse from time to time to meet our customer's demand.
Besides abrasives line, we develop ceramic business in recent years, mainly are daily-use ceramics.
