T&L was incorporated in 2005, specializes in the manufacturing and exportation of high quality handbags for gifts and premiums and promotions and packaging and retail market etc. Our company has a great variety of selections of bags, such like cosmetic bags, cosmetic box, toiletry bags, lady bags, tote bags, clear PVC bags, cooler bags, backpacks, travel bags, wallets, laptop case etc.

Our factory covers 6,500 square meters of production space. With around 260 skillful workers, , our monthly capacity is 300,000-400,000 bags.
We export worldwide. We are proud to have manufactured bags for Cosmetics companies, such like Avon, Gillette, Estee Lauder, L'Oreal, Oriflame etc. And for chain stores, such like Macy's, Target . And for airlines such like Continetal Airlines, Etihad Airways etc.

Sample Service:
We provide prompt sampling and quotation service. With 4 sample masters and 6 skillful sewers, we can send samples within 4 days and quote within 24 hours

We use a variety of materials for our bags such as Nylon, Microfiber, Canvas, Denim, Satin, organza, clear PVC, T/C Cloth, Mesh, non-woven, Fake neoprene, Synthetic PVC, PU ,real leather etc. We can use the right material in right price to fit your budget.
