Oleno group of company is a large scale enterprise integrating the research, design development, production, brand marketing, international trade and is one of the earliest private underwear enterprises in Mainland China. We produce high quality lingerie which included Brassiere, underwear and body shaper domestically and internationally. After 25 years of steady development and acumination of experiences, the company has successfully established several famous domestic brands
Since 2008, the company has been invited to be the one of the industry standard setter of China's brassiere.
In terms of research and development, we were equipped with American Gerber design, Human Body 3D scanning surveying device and dozens of advance design software. Headed by experience designers, join hand co-operation and issued the scholarship system with fashion departments of higher education institutes, has successfully established the talent cultivation and base for our designers. So far we have won more than 15 various R&D patents and was invited to participate in the various top exhibitions and design contests.
Oleno now owns 3 modernized factories; Huangqi headquarter, Yanbu factory and Guangxi factory. Total construction area of 50,000 square meter with over 2,000 imported sewing machines producing over 12 million pieces of garments yearly. We also have our own foam pad factory which is up to international standard with design and production capacity to fulfill our own needs.
Oleno is the forerunner in getting the certification of ISO9001 and ISO14000. We have introduced state-of-art technologies in undergarment manufacturing for countries like the USA, Japan, Italy and France etc... With an impeccable team of technicians and management staff, we have established a flawless system on incoming Quality Control, Production Quality Control and Outgoing Quality Control to monitor production quality. Each incoming material will be tested by our in-house laboratory and each sewing procedure and finish garment will be inspected by our in-line and final Quality Controllers respectively.
