Capsicum Oleoresin

It is natural dark red liquid seasoning and coloring agent with pure and intense pungent flavor which are made from high grade capsicum through physical processes such as extraction, separation and refining. It is dissolved in oil easily. Its efficient components are capsaicin, red paprika color, protein, amino acid and so on. It has a pure and pungent flavor of capsicum. It is widely used in instant noodles, pickle, chafing dish and other piquancy food and seasoning, or as cook flavoring in restaurant or family.
