The out Jacket,have two shapes,
A . Direct shape, the out jacket just direct agglutinating over the inner bowl by mucilage(gluewater)......
B . Hollow shape, between the out jacket and the inner bowl, there are space,that mean it is hollow......To make the direct or hollow jacket in the LBZ-A Paper Bowl Jacket Forming Machine(Double Wall Paper Bowl Machine), the machine is only a little different. To make the hollow jacket, the bottom of the out jacket is curling like the inner white-bowl's bottom.
