With room of more than 10 thousands square meters, we currently have 8 die cast machines and 12 die struck machines. For this advanced equipment and high effect management, our ability of production comes up to 2,000,000pcs each month, which means we are able to meet your lead time much. We have departments and workshops for each process: sales team, artworks, die cast, die struck, polishing, plating, enamel, packaging, shipping. Quality can be well controlled in each process. The material are flexible also, you can choose the material you like: zinc alloy, brass, iron, aluminum. In keeping with our environment-conscious objectives, we use non-toxic materials for our products, and zinc alloy is imported from Australia for more stable performance. Other materials such as brass, copper, stainless steel, aluminum and iron are also available for your selection. We implement MTD-105D, AQL1.0-4.0 tests to inspect finished products before delivery.
