Our company has been established in 1985, covering an area of 50,000 m2, construction area of 30,000 m2, fixed asset of more than 60 million yuan. At present, our company has 42 high-speed drawing machines and 9 domestically advanced enameling machine production lines; the production process is well equipped with high performance monitoring and measuring devices: total 16 units, such as intelligent resistance tester, voltage tester, medium exhauster, jerk tester and so on. Our company adopts the system of the general manager responsibility; we boast several senior and medium management engineering talents in the enamel material industry and have trained a group of technicians. Our company boasts an annual production capacity of about 2000 tons enamel wire of various specifications; we are mainly engaged in the production of compound enamel aluminum round wire, enamel copper-clad aluminum round wire and enamel round copper wire coated with materials of various temperature classes, such as polyurethane, modified polyester, olyesterimide, polyimide, or nylon; the specifications range from ø0.90 to 4.200mm, temperature classes range from 130℃ to 220℃. Our products are manufactured strictly in accordance with the IEC60317-2005 Production Standard for Special Winding Wire or subject to the customer’s requirement or other relevant regulations. Our products can be widely used in motors, electric appliances, communications equipments, instruments and electronic transformer, etc.
