About Us

Our manufacturing plant locates in Xin Tang, China, with a capacity of 130,000 ft² and over 500 workers. The plant operates 24 hours a day and produces over 4 million zipper monthly. We have our own dyeing department, electro-plating department, moulding department, etc. Every production process is under our control and thus the quality of our product is ensured.

We are the manufacturer of zippers for well over two decades. A wide range of materials is selected such as nylon, brass, antique brass, black oxidized, and plastic(derlin). Special types include circuit, open end and closed, end are also available as customer requests.

Meanwhile, our company also manufactures various types, types of metal buttons and accessories. Buttons such as Jeans buttons, snap buttons, and alloy buttons ate provided to our valuable customers. Eyelets, rivets, metal plates, and buckles ate also available. For the metal department if self, we produce over 200,000 gross of metal buttons and metal accessories pre month.

We use premium materials to manufacture our produces and well over 509% of the productions are for export. In order to meet with market demand and production standards, we adopt a quick response system, A group of professional staffs make strict inspection at every stage to ensure customer satisfaction.

Quality Control System: We have a quality control committee station in our factory. Furthermore, out products are being tested regularly at registered laboratory in Hong Kong. All our products have passed ASTM D2061(US), BS3084(Europe), and AS 2332(Australia) tests and thus our products meet the standard of at least three continents in the world.
