| Description: | SUN DRIED TOMATOES Grown in our contracted fields, the Roma and Rio Grande variety of tomatoes are supervised by our R& D and QA staff from seed to harvest. At their fully ripened stage, they are brought by refrigerated transport to our sundrying fields, which covers an area of approx. 200,000 square meters. OPTIMUM FINE FOODS Co. is a first -hand producer of tomatoes, a self-sun dryer and a self-processor with a capacity of 500 MT + of finished product . Sun Dried Tomato Halves, Strips, Diced Cubes (varying from 3mm x 3mm to 12mm x 12mm) Wedges and quarters are the company's conventional varieties, where as all of these could come in Ready-To-Eat (rehydrated) and Marinated formats, in addition to SDT Granules and Powder. Not only as an ingredient to food manufacture or as a repackable commodity to our bulk trade customers, we do also cater to the foodservice and retail industries by further processing our sun dried tomatoes and packing them respectively in desired formats.
