Anping Nanhai Sanitary Ware Co.,Ltd. began operation in 1992. we incorporated with the other two companies, Anping Hongsheng Bathtub Factory, Anping Jixing Sanitary Ware Co.,Ltd. Now we are one of the biggest corporation in sanitary ware industry of China. Our new company covers an area of 100,000 square meters. At present，We specialize in manufacturing high grade enameled cast-iron bathtub and other sanitary ware products. Through over ten years’ efforts, we have two production bases and have become a modern enterprise which combines casting, making enamel glaze and enameling.
There is no substitute for the highest quality. We have state-of-the-art equipment, including computer controlled natural gas furnace imported from France, testing instruments with high precision. We have obtained ISO9001:2000 quality certificate. Now there are many professional workers and managerial personnel in our company. We adopt strict quality control system for each link of the complete chain, like R&D, designing, drawing,inspection, testing,etc. Meanwhile, there is a senior engineer working with us, who has gained 20years’ experience in casting and enameling,and we also invite notable engineers from France to give us suggestions regularly on quality of the products and production management. At present our production capacity arrives at about 300,000 pcs of sanitary ware per year. A group of people with rich experience are responsible for quality control. Cast iron enameled bathtub is the most important product of our company. Nanhai bathtubs are made from quality cast iron and excellent enamel glaze. AA porcelain glaze we are using is imported from Germany. Our bathtubs are very durable,acid and alkaline-resistant, high temperature resistant, noise resistant, elegant in appearance and very easy to clean.
