Shenzhen Techno Industrial Co.,Ltd. was initially established in 1999 with a total

registered capital USD1,300,000.00, up to now, its total assets summed up to

USD35,000,000.00. We have been insisting on increasing input on R & D projects, the

budget for R & D projects in 2004 is USD6, 000,000.00.
There are five branch companies wholly owned by Shenzhen Techno Industrial Co.,Ltd.:

OKCY(Shenzhen), TOTSH(Shenzhen), SODO(Shenzhen), TECHNO SCINENCE & TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPING

(Shenzhen) and OKCY(Hong Kong) totally covering an area of 25,000.00 square meters with

more than 3000 experienced employees.
 
Among of them, Techno Science & Technology Developing Co.,Ltd., cooperated with Shenzhen

University, is well located in Bao’an Taohuayuan Science Innovation Park, with the full

advantages of combining Shenzhen University and Techno Co., we have successfully

developed mobile hard disc with huge memory, portable FM radio player and other hi-tech

products to fill up the blank of domestic market which enables us to be listed as top
