We use a tight fit tongue and groove with about 40 pieces narrow wood. By placing the boards tightly together ,as
this not only gives the wood a cleaner look, but it is much stronger as well. It is very important that the wood is cured properly to prevent any splitting or cracking in the future.
The wall of our products is made of 40 pieces narrow wood.But others only 18 piece wide wood. Narrow wood could not easily natural cracked. And we would like to recommend some new styles to you .
