Crown Radio Limited, with more than 40 years of manufacturing experience in the industry, is a well-established electronics company specializing in audio products development and manufacturing. Our latest products range from our latest sophisticated Turntable Music Centers, Micro Audio Systems, Hi-Fi Mini Systems, DAB+/DAB Radios, Bluetooth Sound Systems, Alarm Clock Radios, and Boomboxes that can be USB Encoding/Playback compatible to our Retro, Modern and Antique-styled Nostalgic Wooden Music Centers with Turntable, CD Player, Cassette Player and/or CD Recorder and DAB+/DAB Radio.
We build all wooden cabinets of our models in house by ourselves. We also use SMT surface mount technology to assemble our PCBs for the models. With such arrangements, we would be able to ensure the quality of our products and provide prompt delivery of goods to our clients worldwide, including Europe, Scandinavia, U.S.A., Canada, Japan, Australia, etc.
With our strong R&D, engineering teams and designers, we are able to satisfy our customers toughest demands and requirements on product developments, and to work out 2 new models monthly on average. Besides investing huge amount of capital to maintain and upgrade our technologies and equipment year after year, our seasoned marketing professionals, with their acute market sense, collaborate with the R&D and engineering teams to ensure the products designed meet the needs of both our customers and the consumers in the dynamic, ever-changing, and highly competitive electronics industry.
Our factory, located in Huizhou, mainland China, has a total workforce of over 500 people and a total production space of 200,000 square feet. The factory's monthly production capacity is about 100,000 units. In addition, we adopt a series of strict quality control measures including IQC tests on raw materials, assembly tests, vibration and drop tests, aging test, impact resistant test, temperature and humidity tests, and QA in order to ensure our products are made to REACH, RoHS, CE, LVD, EMC, UL/cUL, FCC, ICES and FDA standards. After all, we value both our customers and employees and these are reflected in our high repeating orders and low staff turn-over rates respectively.
