The tooling are made from special alloy steel, processed by high precise CNC machine and treated professionally by German OTEC polisher, which makes the intergrated parameters tooling at advanced level with 100% interchangeability. Every punch and die is marked by kaser coding, which can meet the requirement of traceability. The lifespan of alloy steel and ceramic tooling develoed by us is 5times longer than those of common ones based on our strong R&D team.
