The unique combustion system has a frequency control burner, which can reduce the economical electric power substantively and also the operacting noise is low, the gas consumption is the lowest in the same level heating furnace.
Using a special refractory material and the newest heat conservation technics. Simultaneously it also reduce the furnace overall volume substantively, the heat preservation effect has surpassed the national standards.

Structure
The refractory material: The furnace is a low heat gage block built by the high density aluminum-silicon oxide, the fireproof zircon and the light high performance insulation material.
Burning and controling system: The furnace is equiped with a set of gas burner and security control system. The combustion airis provided by a independent air wafted system. The burner's fuel gas and the air control are implemented by the electrical machinery frequency of the air conditioning windblower.

Gas controller: it is make up of a GFK filter, GDJ gas supervisor, the double A levels solenoid control, the air/fuel gas proportional control and the high and low pressure switch.
