Wujiang Xingye Textile Co.,Ltd is located in Shengze, a well-known silk town in Jiangsu province. Shengze is closing to Shanghai in the east, bordering on Huzhou in the west, joining Hangzhou in the south and leaning on Suzhou in the north; the national highway 318, province highway 205 and Su-Jia-Hang Expressway pass by our factory. Moreover, the distance from our factory to Shanghai harbor is only 100Km. We enjoy good location.
Xingye now covers an area of 130mu and has 45,000sqm of buildings, the total investment is about RMB 160 million yuan; Besides, we introduced leading producing method and equipment from Japan , including 232 sets of Toyota (JAT710) Air Jet Looms , 268 sets of Tsudakoma (ZW408) water jet Looms, 2 sets of Tsudakoma (KSH500) Warping Sizing Beaming machines, 60 sets of twisting machines and 2 sets of horizontal warpers.
At present, Xingye can produce 35 million meters fabrics per year, the main products include polyester pongee, Goshibo, peach skin, C/N, Taslon, T/C, T/N/C, water washing flannel, stretch series and artificial silk series, etc. We have got I/E licenses and have been approved as "AAA credit company of Jiangsu province" for past three years; meanwhile, we was approved as "inspection exemption company " by Suzhou industrial and commercial bureau in 2004. Presently, we are following ISO9002 quality control system in order to further improve the quality.
