We are 3-year manufacturer of packaging tin box with variety shapes and functions such as coffee tins, tea tins, cookie tins, lunch tins and so on. Each month, our R&D designers develop two new items to update our collection. For your specific needs, we can also tailor tin boxes according to customer's requirements. A new custom sample can be completed in only 20 days.
Our 10,000m2 factory is equipped advanced equipment from Japan, Germany and the UK. These machines include an automatic tinplate cutting machine, a Fuji Primex-451 dual-color iron printing machine, a coating machine, a LTG drying oven and a 20-tin-box assembling lines. This powerful production facility allows us to manufacture 1 million tin boxes per month -- an output that our competitors can not match.
Our production processes follow an ISO 9001:2000-certified management system. All raw materials meet FDA and SGS standards, purchased from Japan, South Korea and Taiwan. To meet your quality requirements, our 20 QC officers employ advanced testing equipment from the UK and Japan to inspect each production stage.
