Instruction:
1. wrest the metal plate until the inner liquid becomes crystal.
2. knead the bag until it is soft.
3. put the bag onto the body.
Reuse method:
1.Put it in a boiler full of water and heat until the crystal becomes into
liquid (about five minutes).
2.make sure the crystal has been melted completed, and the therapy bag is
transparent.
3.Take out the therapy bag and put it on cloth until it is cool, then you can
reuse it.
Precaution:
1. Can not be heated in a microwave oven directly.
2. Should be cautious if skin is sensitive.
3. Little children should be under parents` supervision to use the pack.
4. Only for external use. If the pack being damaged and your eyes or skin are
contacted with inner liquid, please wash them with clean water.
