| Description: | Our West Coast Rock Lobsters (Jasus lalandii) are collected off the Coast of the Atlantic ocean which is then brought to the factory at Down beach, Limbe for inspection so as to ensure life quality to the premium. The damaged lobsters are meant for tailing. They are then, sorted, weighed and packed. The live are packed in polystyrene boxes or cartons at temperatures of about 6 degrees Celsius with foam sheets and a coolant. About 90% of our lobsters are marketed internationally while 10% is left to carter for the home consumption. Our live lobsters are measured according to the following: 200/280gr, 280/340gr, 340/400gr, 400/500gr and 500gr +. During peak seasons, we are collecting close to 9tons per week and even more. Our Live Lobsters are shipped via air, while the frozen ones are shipped by land per container loaded. Minimum order quantity is 300kg. |
