About Us

Noble Pacific Limited, the factory was established in January 1999 in Maan Town, Huizhou of the Guangdong Province, occupying 2 industrial estates which are 50,000 m2 in size, with a total investment of 30 million Hong Kong Dollars. The factory is currently employing more than 600 staffs, with a production capacity of 30 million pieces per year.

We mainly provide tooling, injection, coating and assembly services for plastic products. Our services include: design, development and production of precision plastic tool, precision plastic injection, paint research, development and mixing, UV, PU and EMI coating, vacuum metallization, coating for metal products, laser engraving, silk screen printing, part assembly and packaging. Major products include: case of cosmetic containers, mobile phones, MP3 players, digital cameras, car audios and other electronic appliances, keypads, power buttons and metal parts.

Our tool shop is 6,000 m2 in size with more than 100 technicians. The equipments of our tool shop include: European and Japanese imported CNC, EDM and wirecut machines, CAD, CAM and UG softwares for tool design and production. We have also employed foreign technician for better tool shop management. Our tool shop is therefore capable for any precision plastic tool project.

Our Injection department is 8,000 m2 in size with more than 100 technicians. The equipments of our injection department include: 36 sets of Toshiba injection machines with robotic arms, 2 of them are attached with double-colour mixing devices. Our injection department is therefore capable for any precision plastic injection projects.

Our coating department is 20,000 m2 in size with more than 400 technicians. Our 4 Japanese imported UV fully auto spray coating lines coating lines and 1 vacuum metallization line are operating in 100-thousand-grade dust-free workshops. We also have 4 assembly lines for part assemblies. Therefore, our coating department is capable for coating projects of plastic, metal and glass products.

We have obtained ISO9001:2008 Management Quality Assurance Certificate and ISO14000:2004 Environmental Management Certificate in 2003. Besides ensuring product and service quality, we also try our best to protect the environment. We have been providing one-stop tooling, injection, coating and vacuum metallization services to a number of famous local and international companies: Chanel, Dior, Estee Lauder, Boots and Avon for the cosmetic sector; TCL, Lenovo and Samsung for the electronics sector.
