Description:	IB30 Injection blow molding machine for 5ml~500ml bottles. Suitable for most thermoplastic resins such as PE, PP, PS and so on .its products are widely used in medicine packing, the cosmetic packing of making up chemical industry, gifts & toys and so on. Machine features: 1).The clamping framework adopts single-crossbeam, double pillars, which enlarges the space of setting mould, will be easier to install mould. 2).Adoption of tie-bar protection makes open / clamping mould work while transfer table rise / fall, so the production efficiency improve obviously. (optional) 3).Available variable pump get further power consumption saving in system. 4).Injection clamping adopts the structure of three oil vats and small supply-oil case, hence the speed of open / clamping will be quicker and the bearing pressure of mould will be more equally. 5).Adopt six-pole motor, lower noise, lower energy consumption 6).Special thickness of working platform is made of QT material, excellent mechanics function, difficult to distortion. 7). More language operation system, English, Spanish, Portuguese etc. intelligent micro-computer control sytem, flexible hanging arm constructure, which assure machine operation conveniently. 8). Bigger mould installation size with enough clamping force, or tailor-made more oil cylinders to meet client special requirment, such as for 500ml or bigger volumn ,more weight bottle container blowing.Usually longer 50mm in mould length than similar supplier. Give client possible favor to meet variety requirment.
