| Description: | a. This machine is specially used for single, double, triplex wall(3-5-7-layer). b. The stand of the conveyor is installed on the top of the mill roll stand & facer, purpose for the laminating of the single face corrugated board which shall be drawn to the triplex pre-heather with storage paper function, flexible to regulate the different kind of machines when they can't able to operate synchronously. Specification: 1400mm~~2500mm Feature: a. The frame of this machine is constructed of channel steel, fine rigidity, steady operated. b. Making 3 layers cardboard equals one set of horizontal conveyor and two layers horizontal conveyor are required when producing 5 layers cardboard and 7 layers cardboard for 3 layers of horizontal conveyor. c. Set cardboard which shall be drawn to the conveyor and horizontal conveyor, which is driven by four belts, motor: 3HP = 1~3 pieces, the speed synchronize with the lifting control function of corrugators machine (quantity depends on the number of the facer). d. Set up paths and rails on the both sides this machine, make sure people safety when they are working. e. With two to three sets of the stairways on the side of stand for the people inspecting the cardboard. |
