Modify LDL cholesterol, improve heart health by preventing LDL oxidation and reducing the uptake of oxidized LDL by macrophages; 4. Diminish inflammation; 5. Anti-fungi/bacterium; 6. Preventing the forming of the thrombus, 7. Anti-tumour & cancer, antimutagenic, especially good for prostate cancer, leukemia, nasopharyngeal darcinoma/NPC, pancreatic cancer; 8. Protect liver; 9. Improve bone-health; 10. Myricetin inhibits the uptake of methylglucose by adipocytes, reduces oxidative injury in diabetes related bone diseases and reduces glucose plasma level in diabetic rats; 11. Myricetin inhibits ROS production caused by glutamate and reduces glutamate-induced activation of caspase-3. Myricetin restored dopamine level in laboratory animals with induced Parkinsonism. Myricetin may also inhibit beta-amyloid fibril formation in Alzheimer patients. Active Ingredient: Ampelopsis grossedentata contains rich flavones, amino acids, vitamins; proteins and essential trace element. The flavones are mainly dihydromyricetin, myricetin, quercetin, quercetin-5-O-β–D-glucoside, taxifolin, apiin.
