Our company mainly produces ceramic heater/MCH(mental ceramics heater). The ceramic heater is chiefly made of Alumina, which is manufactured by sintering in high temperature above 1600 C with heating layer printed in the ceramic sheet. It has quite a lot of merits, good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, long life, high energy efficiency, equalized heat distribution, excellent thermal conductivity and quick thermal compensation, etc. Containing no environmental pollutants such as lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, PBB or PBDEs, the quality of our products complys with the RoHS environmental instructions. Meanwhile, MCH is a new heating element of high-efficient, eco-friendly and energy-saving. Compared with PTC heating element, it is able to save 20 percent_30 percent electricity while both of them generate the same heating effect. The products of our company--ceramic heaters are generally applied to the manufacture of soldering station, electronic soldering iron, oxygen sensor, intelligent close stool and so on.
