Polyester softener T100

Polyester softener T100 is chemical compounds of modified ployester, which is mainly used to improve hand feeling and hydrophilic for PES and its blends fabrics. It imparts fabrics good and durable hydrophilicity and soft hand feeling.

Characteristics and advantage
1.Instantly hydrophilic, softness, and smooth hand feeling after finishing;
2.Very slight yellowing, doesn’t influence the fabrics whiteness and color shade;
3.Nice compatibility with anionic, and cationic auxiliaries;
4.High-concentrated, dilute before using, stable diluted solution, convenient.

Basic property
Appearance: Yellow or light yellow un-even small clump.
Ionicity: Nonionic
Ph Value: 5.0~7.0 (1% aqueous solution)
Dissolving: In hot water at 70-90℃ stir enough, reduce the temperature below 45℃, ready for using after filter.

Application: Polyester Knitting or weaving fabrics finishing.

Recommended Dosage:
For padding: PES softener T100 (10%) 30~50g/L
Working liquid (70~90% liquor detention) → Drying and tentering;
For Immersion: PES softener T100 (10%) 3~8% (o.w.f)
Bath ratio: 1:8~1:15
Immersing 20~30 minutes at room temperature → dehydrate →dry.

Packing: 25 kilograms per drum.

Storage: It can be stored in cool and well-ventilated place, the self Life is one year.
