Usage:
To begin with, place the knife sharpener plainly.
1. Coarse grinding: for a blunter knife
Place the blunter knife into the Diamond sharpening slot, sharpening back and forth with a moderate pressure will lead to the best sharpening result.
2. Fine honing/polishing: for knife maitenance
After coarse grinding, place the knife into the Ceramic sharpening slot, also sharpening back and forth.
A necessary step for knife maitenace, so sharpening approximately once a week is recommended.
3. Cleaning
After sharpening, clean the knife with wiper or water, and knife sharpener with a soft brush or a damp cloth.
Caution:
