Ningbo Tengtou Precision Casting Co., Ltd. is a subordinated and main casting foundry of Tengtou Group and specializes in the manufacture, investment and process of G.E.T parts and other construction spare parts. Our company started the business in 2001, located in Ningbo city which is the second biggest container port in China. Our company covers about 12000 square meters and has more than 250 staff members including about 32 technological and professional engineers.

We have several kinds of bucket teeth, adapters, End Bits, Cutting Edges, Locks, Pins and Washers which can be used on JCB, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, Hyundai ,Daewoo, Kobelco, Esco, Case, Volvo,Hensley and Libehirr.

In order to improve product quality, we use the advanced Spectrometers, Universal Tensile Testers, Impact Testers and Hardness Testers to inspect our products. We also import heat-treatment machines and painting machines from abroad. This makes us can control all the process by ourselves and offer customers the best quality and prefect services. We can manufacture G.E.T parts of 5000 tons and other investment casting parts of 2500 tons annually. We have got ISO9001:2000 and QMS certifications and preparing to pass the evaluation of ISO14000 and EMS certifications. We can deal with Import and Export business by ourselves.

We have built the sale network in our domestic market, make our teeth widely used in all kinds of earth conditions and get good reputations from our customers. Since 2005, we have supplied our products to overseas markets and built a sale network in Europe, South America, the Middle East and Asia.
