Our main factory is located in the Shandong Province, just outside the port city of Qingdao (now the second largest container port in China). As well as this, we have established a factory in Shanghai, to handle some special items, such as garment washed caps and fabric hats. We have 39 x 20 head Tajima embroidery machines, operating 3 x 8 hour shifts per day. In excess of 3,000 skilled workers produce 5,000,000 dozen caps annually. We have sufficient U.S.A. quota for more than 250 containers each year. To produce among the best quality caps made in China, we start with quality materials and complete the process with a multi-step quality control system.
