TRADEEASY<08163> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of Tradeeasy Holdings Limited (the "Company"), trading in
its shares will be suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today (6/12/2005)
pending the release of an announcement in relation to a possible change of 
the controlling shareholder of the Company as a result of issue of new 
shares of the Company.
