Hope you're doing well. I am Karol and I am representing APUSS company - producer of promotional materials from Poland - mainly pencils and natural wood accesories. We are currently looking for a new pencil supplier for our needs and we are interested in your company as a supplier. We are mainly interested in round pencils without finishing, made of linden wood and FSC or PEFC certified. Could you please provide me with the cost breakdown for the following product and with the following information:
- Raw pencil without finishing (no coating, no print, no engraving, not sharpened)
- Prices for pencil with and without eraser
- Made out of linden wood and FSC of PEFC certified
- Are there any quality classes of your wooden pencils (like first quality/secod quality)? If so, could you please include the price of different classes of raw pencil in the cost breakdown?
- What is the first minimum test order that we could place to become familiar with your products and see their quality?
- What would be the price per pencil for different batch sizes? (for a minimum order and for bigger orders like 10000, 100000 pencils etc. )
- How long is the order processing time? (Including production time + shipping time to Poland)
- What is the shipping cost for previously mentioned batches? (for test order/10000 pencils/100000 pencils)
- What is the payment method, how is the payment being proceeded and how is it secured?

I would be glad to receive answer for the query from you, since we are looking for a new partner that would supply us with raw pencils for our needs.
