My name is Stuart and I am the Senior Garment Technician for a small clothing label located in Brisbane, QLD, Australia.

Our seasonal ranges are split into monthly drops which are shipped via Air and Sea and sent to our Distribution Center in Brisbane. I have included below our ideal lead times and would like to confirm if this is something you could achieve?

Sampling Plain Colour: 5-7 business days
Sampling Printed: 7-10 business days
Bulk Production: 4-6 weeks

What products do you specialise in?
What are your MOQ's?
What are your fabric sourcing options? Do you have a wide range of fabrics available?
Are you able to offer printing services and what fabrics can you print on?
What certifications do you hold?
What is your factory capacity and turnaround times for bulk orders?
What is your sample turnaround time?
How many samples can you produce within a week?
Will you send samples via your DHL account?
Please can you advise your payment terms?

We mostly work with natural fibres and environmentally conscious fabrics ie. Linen, Cotton, Tencel, and Bamboo, but are expanding our range to include; but are not limited to, textured and sequined fabrics.

As all our designs are produced in house with our design and production team, we would only be looking at manufacturing and production services as well as fabric sourcing for now.
