I’m reaching out on behalf of a premium athletic lifestyle brand looking to develop a line of high-end hats. We’re interested in creating several styles, including a 5-panel, 6-panel, and unstructured cap—all in black, featuring gold logo accents.

To be relevant in the performance and luxury athletic pickleball standards of leading athletic headwear brands, we are requesting the following specifications:
• Materials: Hydrophobic-treated polyester or nylon for the crown, custom pattern perforated side/rear panels for breathability, and a moisture-wicking antimicrobial sweatband.
• Brim: EVA foam core with a faux suede (MicroGamuza or equivalent) outer layer.
• Closure: Soft-touch rubberized snapback for comfort and durability.
• Logos: A gold metal emblem on the front and secondary rubberized logos on the side.

The hats must be easy to clean, sweat-resistant, and maintain their shape over time while providing a luxury, athletic feel for pickleball.

Please let me know if you are able to source these materials and meet these design specifications. If you have similar or equivalent material options, feel free to recommend those as well. We’re looking to move forward quickly and would like to review samples if possible.
