Nylon Mesh Watch Bands

Medical device company in New Jersey, USA is looking for a bulk purchase two-piece nylon mesh watch bands/straps. They need to be one size fits all; color black or dark blue, with loop and fastener. Metal fastening clips would also be desired.

First order will be for a lot of 100. Later orders will depend upon demand, but anticipated as being greater. Ongoing business relationship desired.

First quote received was for $2 per/two-part strap, $200 for 100 piece straps .
Second quote was for $1.70 per strap per/two-part strap, $200 for 100 fully finished bands, including black weaved mesh nylon.
