Toggles Needed

My name is Brad Both and I am the Project Manager at Child Check-Mate Systems Inc.. A partner of mine and I are in the process of developing a school bus safety product that will compliment the Child Check Mate product. We are looking for a cord/belt and toggle/buckle/etc. to incorporate into our product.

At the moment, we are using a 1" tether strap that is good to 600 lbs. We are unsatisfied with our current product and we feel that we need a toggle that can withstand 20-100 lbs before slipping. This toggle will be used on the outside of school buses across North America so it will have to weather Canada's winters and Texas' summers. Obviously, it will have to be quite durable.

We already have a buyer for the product and we will be needing 23 000 units within the next eight – fourteen weeks and an additional 44 000 – 65 000 by April 2008. Of course, this all hinges on our ability to have a cord and toggle approved by our buyer.

Would it be possible for you to send us a few samples with quotes (for a volume of 23 000)? Because our buyer has requested expedited production, getting the samples sooner then later is of extreme importance.
