Dear Sir/Madam,

Our company will launch a high quality fashion brand eyewear collection of optical frames on the Mido Milan in March 2010. The collection will concist of some 50 models for both men & women in regular and small sizes. The materials used will be mostly stainless steel and mixed materials. For this purpose we are seeking high quality supplier(s) with a proven track record.

We would like to obtain information of your company in terms of specialism,size, quality standards, customer references, OEM capabilities, leadtimes proto-typing & production, price indications, delivery & payment terms.

In the second half of August we will visit your country/city to visit (based on information obtained) the selected suppliers to develop proto-types, these have to be ready at the beginning of October 2009 for promotional purposes, and to discuss a future business relationship.

We hope to obtain above mentioned information a.s.a.p in order to plan our trip effectively.
