Guangzhou China Ladies Wear Manufacturer Required

My company designs product for UK high street retailers, and I am looking for a Guangzhou-based manufacturers of fashionable ladies garments, to develop and manufacture the product. I buy in USD, prices need to be competitive ($3 basic jersey tee, $5 complex jersey tee, up to $12 for complex wovens/ heavily embellished), quality good, and skilled interpretation from design to sample is very important. Leadtimes need to be short, ideally 25-40 days max, sampling must be fast, 7-10 days. Payment terms required are L/C 30 days, FOB HK.
