- Buyer will provide design
- Buyer will provide fabric that they source from Italy and Japan.
- Buyer will also provide label, hangtag and buttons to suppliers
- Buyer also prefers suppliers have a strong sourcing capabilities in fabric and garment accessories so that can gradually replace their own source of fabric and trimmings.
- Prefer suppliers who have production capacity for buyer for a December delivery this year
