Lice Cape

I am looking to buy a badge of louse capes.

A louse (head lice) cape is a very slick peace of cloth that is used to cover your childrens clothes when they are hanging on the pegs in school. They are designed to cover the coats, shawls, rucksacks, etc. to avoid head lice (insects on the heads of children) to walk over to the cloths of other school kids that hang next to it.

Basically it is a round piece of nylon or other silky/very smooth cloth with a radius of +/- 70 cm with an S-shaped hook attached in the middle. Kids hang their coat/shawl/rucksack on one end of the hook and attach the other end of the hook to the peg on the wall. It is a very simple design although you must think a little about how the cloth is attached to the hook so that the hook will not easily fall of or the cloth will tear where the hook is attached.

I would like them to be packed in a little box of - say - 10x8x4 cm. Depending on the volume of course.
