Size: The entire key chain is approx. 3.5” long. The key chain ring is about 1.25” in diameter and the Little Bit of Luck is about 2.25”. The metal must be die cut around Little Bit of Luck.
Printing: Epoxy Dome of Little Bit of Luck image, 4 color process (see image above). Printing must be sharp. Must not see dot pattern.
Material: Metal Zinc Alloy, about .0625” thick with Epoxy Dome
Finishing: The Epoxy Dome must be permanently adhered to the metal portion of the key chain. The ring connecting Little Bit of Luck to the split key chain ring (1.25” in diameter) is approx. 1/16” wide. This ring must be squeezed tightly so there is no opening on this ring, securing that the split key chain ring and Little Bit of Luck will not separate from one another.
Packing: Pack 50 key chains per box. 10 boxes per case. Clearly mark each carton: Item # 462, LBOL KEY CHAINS, Qty: 500
